The role

Role: BIM Manager

Our mission is to deliver clean, affordable energy for all. Our Small Modular Reactor (SMR) provides a British solution to a global energy crisis. We are in pole position to become a world leader in SMRs and the UK's premier green export technology.

In this context, we are looking for a BIM Manager - Projects, reporting to a Senior Information Manager. Leading a growing team of BIM and Information specialists, this role will define and embed best-in-class information management across live projects-ensuring that design, construction and supply chain data is coordinated, assured and optimised to enable predictable, high-quality delivery.

This is a pivotal role within a complex, highly regulated programme. You'll bring a delivery-first mindset, natural credibility with senior stakeholders, and the ability to embed new approaches that improve how information enables engineering and construction outcomes.

What you'll do

We'll need you to:

  • Shaping and delivering Information Management and BIM strategies aligned to programme and project delivery requirements

  • Establishing, leading and scaling a project-focused Information Management team, aligned to delivery milestones

  • Owning core IM outputs including EIR, BEP, AIR and MIDP, ensuring they are proportionate, clear and deliverable

  • Integrating data flows across design, construction and supply chain partners, improving construction readiness and reducing rework

You'll also act as a key interface across clients, partners and internal teams-ensuring information is treated as a critical delivery asset rather than a standalone digital output.

How you'll work

Locations: Hybrid working with one of the following closest locations as primary: Derby, Warrington or Manchester

We offer flexible and hybrid working, with the expectation to attend an RR-SMR site as required to support collaboration, stakeholder engagement and project delivery.

Pay Range

£60,000.00

-

£78,750.00

Hiring process

The process will include an initial conversation with Talent Acquisition, followed by two interview stages.

As part of our offer process, you'll be required to complete BPSS clearance, DBS screening and standard financial probity checks. This role is also subject to export control restrictions.

Due to the safety regulations within the nuclear industry, applicants will be required to participate in additional screening. These are:

• Obtaining Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance
• Satisfactory completion of a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
• Satisfactory completion of a basic financial probity check
