It’s an exciting time to join Redmayne Bentley. After recently celebrating our 150th year in business, we are entering the next stage of our firm‑wide strategy — building on our strong heritage while continuing to evolve, improve and invest in the future.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented administrator looking to develop their career within investment management and financial services.

Your work will play an important role in supporting client journeys and helping us deliver excellent client outcomes.

This is a role where someone with enthusiasm, determination and a great team ethic can thrive and make a noticeable impact. Within our close-knit firm, you will not be a small cog in a much larger wheel – you will be valued, appreciated, and respected for your skills as well as rewarded by a firm that truly cares about its colleagues and their wellbeing.

As our Client Portal & Campaigns Administrator, you will play a front-line role in dealing with general client enquiries via phone and email and supporting them to access and use our Client portal.

Working closely within the rest of the team, you will deliver excellent customer service and ensure that we provide the most helpful and professional assistance to our clients as they access our services.

You will also contribute to the team’s efforts in collating the data and feedback we receive from our clients and passing it on to our specialist teams for future improvements

Due to the client-facing nature of the role, the most important things you will need are:

  • Strong customer/client service experience.
  • Previous successful experience using IT systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience learning and explaining to others how basic IT apps or systems work.
  • Good awareness of data protection obligations & relevant FCA regulation.

Aligned with our Stand Together and Stand Out culture, we would expect you to demonstrate an ability to collaborate openly, offer support to others, and a consistent commitment to high standards of accuracy, professionalism, and service.

Full details of the role, including our person specification, can be found in the job description attached to this advert.

At Redmayne Bentley, our goal is to provide excellent personal investment services that enhance clients’ wealth.

It is an exciting time to be part of our firm, having recently launched our new five-year business plan to improve, grow and accelerate. We will achieve this through seeking operational and productivity improvements, growing the investment management and financial planning services, leveraging and protecting existing income lines and considering new acquisition opportunities.

As one of the UK’s largest independent investment management and stockbroking firms, we are committed to building a modern and diverse workplace where our people are offered unique opportunities to learn, grow and develop across the financial sector.

Our friendly, inclusive and collaborative environment rewards hard work with generous perks and benefits, and we are genuinely committed to your wellbeing through our industry commended &You wellbeing framework.

Our future looks more exciting than ever, come and share it with us.
