What you'll be doing as a FOH Team Member

• Deliver exceptional guest service by providing friendly, attentive, and professional interactions at all times.
• Carry out the core duties of your assigned FOH role, whether as a Runner, Waiter, Bar Back, Bartender, or Host.
• Support smooth operational flow by assisting the team during service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within your designated work area.
• Engage with guests positively to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Replenish and organise stock relevant to your specific FOH responsibilities.
• Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene procedures in line with company and legal standards.
• Uphold Public House Group's brand standards in service, presentation, and guest interaction.
• Adapt to changing service needs and provide support to other FOH areas when required.
