What you'll do
You'll become the key point of contact between our operational teams and facilities management service partners, making sure planned, reactive and compliance-related work is completed safely, efficiently, on time and within budget. - Maintain the capital investment plan for key restaurant assets, including pizza ovens, refrigeration and essential HVAC equipment.
- Work closely with Restaurant General Managers, Territory Managers and the wider Property and Operations teams to prioritise activity and manage business-critical issues.
- Build strong relationships with facilities management partners, contractors, surveyors and external project managers.
- Oversee larger quoted works and restaurant-specific maintenance projects, including activity delivered under CDM regulations.
- Provide clear and regular updates to stakeholders, including practical contingencies and local workarounds where necessary.
- Visit restaurants to understand maintenance challenges and help teams get the best from the available maintenance service.
- Introduce benchmarking and auditing processes that improve performance, value and accountability across the supply chain.
- Support refurbishment projects and new restaurant openings, ensuring maintenance, warranty and asset lifecycle requirements are considered.
- Partner with Finance to support period and annual budget planning and keep maintenance expenditure under control.
