Risk & Control Partnering Manager

We're looking for a forward-thinking and influential Risk & Control Manager to join our first-line Retail Risk team on a permanent basis, with a particular focus on control modernisation and the responsible adoption of automation in processes and controls. You'll partner across Retail and Group Customer Operations to modernise the control environment, identify opportunities for intelligent automation and use data-led insight to make controls more preventative, responsive and effective, ensuring we continue to deliver good customer outcomes for our members in the most efficient and effective way.
