What it's like to work here
The café at Longshaw welcomes hundreds of thousands of visitors each year, serving home-made bakes, hearty pies and local scoop ice cream to ramblers, cyclists, dog walkers, families and everyone in between. We invested in the building 5 years ago, hit our first £1m sales last year and continue to grow. Due to internal promotion, we're now looking for a Team Leader to support the management team in the smooth running of the front of house. From scooping ice cream, crafting lattes or inducting new team members- it's fast paced and hard work, but with no late nights and a beautiful Peak District location, the Longshaw Estate is a lovely place to work.
