What we're looking for

We the client is looking for:

  • Proven track record of managing successful teams and great project management skills including time management.
  • Good understanding of bidding public sector and infrastructure projects - experience from rail and road sectors is desirable.
  • Demonstrable people/team leading skills and excellent communication skills - verbal and in writing.
  • Knowledge of commercial conditions and design process.
  • Experience from bidding in joint ventures is desirable.
  • Degree-level education or equivalent.

The role

Morson Edge are working with a tier 1 contractor who are seeking a BID Manager to join their Infrastructure division.

Role - BID Manager
Location - Hertfordshire
Salary - up to £80k + Bens

The client are currently looking for a Bid Manager who will manage multi-disciplinary bid teams throughout the whole bid process, including required pre-tender and post-tender work. To manage all qualitative and commercial aspects of the bid, keeping a clear focus on customer needs, while adhering to the procedures and guidelines, and aligning to our values and brand.
