Quantity Surveyor - Rail/Heavy Civils - Warrington - Permanent - Up to £70,000 salary + Car allowance

My client is a leading engineering and infrastructure contractor delivering maintenance frameworks and complex projects across the UK. They support major UK infrastructure organisations, keeping vital transport and public assets safe, operational, and resilient.

They're looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Warrington, supporting a high-volume programme of reactive, planned and minor works across Rail assets.

Duties
As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in ensuring the commercial success and financial control of the framework:

• Manage costs across multiple projects, ensuring delivery within budget and to forecast
• Prepare and manage valuations, CVRs, forecasts and final accounts
• Support profit performance through effective cost control and reporting
• Work across high-volume, low-value reactive and planned works within the CP7 BAM framework
• Monitor project performance, including variations, early warnings and change control
• Manage subcontractor procurement, performance and payments
• Build strong relationships across the supply chain to drive efficiency and value
• Collaborate closely with Operational teams, Commercial Managers and clients
