The role

As an Operations Manager in the logistics department, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of operations to keep things running smoothly and efficiently.Based in Chepstow, you'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless flow of goods within the FMCG industry.

What you'll do

Manage daily logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient processes.
Monitor and improve operational performance and productivity.
Oversee inventory control and stock management systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the logistics environment.
Analyse operational data to identify trends and implement improvements.
Lead and motivate the logistics team to achieve targets and objectives.
Develop and maintain strong supplier and stakeholder relationships.
