What you'll get

The role

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team in Greenford, supporting our customer, Waitrose. As a Warehouse Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and developing a culture of continuous improvement, while working closely with First Line Managers and operational teams to deliver an outstanding performance and exceptional service to our customer.

What you'll do

Ensure operational KPI targets are consistently achieved across productivity, service, cost and quality measures
Deputise for the Lead Warehouse Operations Manager and Assistant General Manager when required
Ensure strategic objectives are effectively communicated and understood throughout the operation
Champion employee engagement and foster an inclusive, respectful workplace culture
Lead, motivate and develop large operational teams to achieve business objectives

How you'll work

This is a full time, permanent position, predominately working an any 5 from 7 shift pattern of 06:00 till 14:00. With this being a senior role, we do ask for some flexibility to support other shifts when required, this is logistics after all!
