The role

What you'll do

Picking and packing customer orders accurately, using handheld scanners and warehouse system
Checking products and orders for accuracy
Preparing goods for dispatch, labelling, sorting and packing stock
Loading and unloading goods when required and moving stock safely around the warehouse
Completing basic stock checks and documentation
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment and following all site health and safety procedures

How you'll work

Monday- Friday 06:00-14:00
Monday- Friday 14:00 -22:00
Monday- Friday or Sunday- Thursday on 07:00-15:00
Monday- Friday or Sunday- Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday 15:00-23:00
Monday to Friday 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 (on two weeks rotation)

Here at GXO Logistics, we are looking for a full-time, permanent Warehouse Operatives to join our team at Northampton Pineham (NN4 9FJ) working 37.5 hours per week for our customer Toolstation.

What you need to succeed at GXO

Ideally- Experience of driving MHE - counterbalance and reach truck
Previous warehouse experience and the ability to complete manual handling duties
Good ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
The ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills, with excellent attention to detail
