Job Description

The RoleYou will manage your own caseload while working closely with Partners and senior colleagues on a variety of commercial property matters. The role offers high-quality work and strong career progression prospects.Key responsibilities include:

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
• Landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals, licences, and associated agreements.
• Advising on the property aspects of business sales and acquisitions.
• Development and investment transactions.
• Secured lending and refinancing matters.
• Supporting business development initiatives and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Exposure to healthcare property matters, including work for GP practices, dental surgeries, pharmacies, medical centres, and other healthcare providers.
