The role

We're now looking for a talented Senior Commercial Lawyer to help us grow our national presence and continue delivering exceptional service to our clients.

What you'll do

As a key member of our Commercial team, you'll:
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
Advise clients on commercial law, IP, data protection, and e-commerce.
Deliver training and presentations to clients and internal teams.
Support corporate transactions with commercial, IP, and IT expertise.
Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to provide strategic legal input.

How you'll work

• A balanced approach to working hours, with the ability to work between home and the office as required through our hybrid working model.
