The role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our thriving Corporate & Private Equity team in Cardiff or London.

How you'll work

• A balanced approach to working hours, with the ability to work between home and the office as required through our hybrid working model.

What are we looking for?

We're seeking a driven and experienced corporate lawyer with up-to-date expertise in corporate transactions and private equity.

You'll be a qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years' post-qualification experience, confident working on complex and diverse deals, and a collaborative team player.

We have offices in Cardiff, London, and Paris. We work flexibly and team members work from home and/or from either of our offices.
