Job Description

The Commercial Litigation Solicitor will be:

Advising clients on a broad range of commercial disputes including contractual, corporate and financial services disputes and civil fraud matters.
Managing cases from pre action strategy through to resolution.
Drafting court documents including pleadings, witness statements and evidence.
Working closely with colleagues across international offices on complex cross border disputes.
Taking ownership of key workstreams while receiving support from experienced senior lawyers.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Supporting business development initiatives and networking opportunities.
Delivering commercially focused legal advice to a diverse client base.
