You’ll need strong written and verbal communication skills, confidence working with colleagues across the business, and the ability to investigate routine issues, gather supporting information and maintain accurate records and documentation. A proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement is essential.
Experience supporting financial reporting, reconciliations, controls or data quality activities would be beneficial, as would an understanding of finance, accounting or regulatory compliance principles.
