What You'll Bring

You’ll bring significant experience in Internal Communications or a related field. Experience within sport, engineering or technology is desirable.

You’ll also bring:

Demonstrated success using internal communication channels, innovative tools and technologies to support communications.
An understanding of organisational culture and the role communications plays in shaping, reinforcing and protecting it.
Familiarity with cultural frameworks, diversity and inclusion principles, and employee engagement strategies.
Excellent copywriting and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt communication style and tone of voice for different internal audiences.
The ability to translate complexity into clear, compelling communication without losing important detail.
Experience in change management and evolving workplace culture is desirable.
Experience engaging employees through different formats, including events, film and photography.
Proven ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and changing priorities.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft products, including Teams and SharePoint.
The credibility and judgement to work with technical specialists, people managers and executive leaders, including on sensitive and fast-moving subjects.
A proactive, accountable and collaborative approach, with strong attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
