As Executive Housekeeper, you will lead our Housekeeping Department, ensuring our beautiful guest rooms and public areas are consistently presented to the highest standards, while creating a positive, supportive and engaging environment for your team.

  • Conducting regular room inspections and quality checks to ensure brand standards are consistently achieved.

  • Managing departmental rotas, staffing levels, payroll and productivity in line with operational requirements and budget expectations.

  • Taking a hands-on approach when required, supporting the team during busy periods and leading by example.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and experienced Housekeeping leader who is passionate about hospitality, has exceptional attention to detail and genuinely enjoys supporting and developing people.

You'll bring

  • Previous experience in a senior Housekeeping role, ideally within a luxury, four-star or five-star hotel environment.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach and inspire a team.

  • Experience managing departmental budgets, payroll, stock control and operational efficiency.

  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to take ownership of departmental performance.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships across departments.

  • A sound understanding of health and safety requirements and housekeeping best practices.

  • Flexibility to work in line with business needs, including weekends and bank holidays.
