Lloyd Motor Group is offering a rare opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our in-house marketing team and lead marketing for our Jaguar Land Rover retailers in Carlisle, Newcastle, York, Ripon, Stockton and Kelso.

You'll develop marketing programmes that directly contribute to the success of our retailers, combining compelling brand storytelling with campaigns that deliver measurable sales results.

Working closely with JLR's national and global marketing teams, you'll bring these brands to life across our regions.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll develop and implement marketing strategies for new and used vehicle sales across our JLR retail network.

Predominantly focused on consumer audiences, you'll manage a mix of brand-building and sales activation campaigns that attract new clients, strengthen customer loyalty and encourage repeat purchase.

Working alongside our Franchise Director, Heads of Business, Sales Managers and wider marketing team, you'll translate manufacturer strategy into effective local activity. You'll have ownership of planning, budgets and campaign delivery, with the support of experienced in-house colleagues.

Role responsibilities

Strategy & Campaign Planning: Develop integrated marketing plans that complement JLR's national activity and support retailer sales objectives, customer acquisition, retention and loyalty.

Campaign Delivery: Lead new and used vehicle campaigns across paid social, search, email, direct marketing, content and events, coordinating colleagues, agencies and suppliers.

Manufacturer & Retailer Relationships: Act as a key marketing contact for JLR, building strong relationships with national teams while keeping our retailers informed and engaged.

Customer Engagement: Use CRM data and customer insight to deliver relevant communications throughout the ownership journey, creating opportunities for repeat business and attracting customers new to our brands.

Content & Brand Management: Oversee website, social media and campaign content, ensuring messaging, tone and visual identity reflect each brand's positioning and Lloyd Motor Group's standards.

Budgets & Performance: Manage budgets and forecasts, monitor campaign results and use market intelligence to improve enquiry generation, conversion and return on marketing investment.

An ideal Marketing Manager will hold the following skills and experiences:

A proven track record in marketing.

Experience delivering integrated campaigns across digital channels, CRM and content.

Commercial awareness, with confidence managing budgets, analysing performance and turning insight into action.

Strong project management skills and the ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery.

Excellent communication skills, with the credibility to influence stakeholders and build effective working relationships.

Creative, highly self-motivated and organised, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.

A full UK driving licence, as travel to our retailers and manufacturer meetings is required.

A relevant degree or marketing qualification is desirable.
