The role

Join us as a Parts Supervisor - on a daily basis you will serve our internal and external customers in a timely manner, giving them effective advice based on your personal knowledge of products.

Provide an excellent service to our internal and external customers on a daily basis and in a timely manner
Ensure all needs and requirements for parts are met through your personal knowledge of products
Use Manufacturers Electronic Parts Catalogues and ordering systems effectively for our customers' needs
Work with manufacturers, industry colleagues and customers, being their first port of call when they have a query

Be comfortable liaising via various channels including phone, email, fax and face to face

What do you need to succeed as Parts Supervisor?

Experience gained within the motor industry and with a basic knowledge of vehicle layout, function and location of parts
People-focused and an inspirational team player
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Customer facing experience and be proficient in IT systems and packages
