The role

Interacting with potential clients via telephone and e-mail to promote the suite of insurance we offer.
Attending conferences to help build our brand awareness and business opportunities.
Promoting Howden product range to prospective and lapsed clients.
Enter and update customer information in our database.
Booking high-quality appointments for our executives to follow up.
Educating prospects about who we are and the value we bring.
Building a strong pipeline of leads.
Compile meeting notes and file recordings.

Knowledge

Previous experience in retail, customer services, sales or a call centre background is desirable.

Skills

Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking to decision-makers.
Resilience, motivation, and a positive attitude.
Ability to persuade and influence others.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to build rapport.
