The role
As Senior Growth Analyst, you will work closely with Marketing and Product teams, partnering with senior stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, challenge assumptions and turn complex analysis into actionable commercial recommendations. What you'll do
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer acquisition, conversion, retention and long-term customer value.
- Leading analysis across marketing performance, channel optimisation, attribution, customer journeys and product growth.

- Partnering with Marketing, Product, Finance and Data teams to influence prioritisation, investment decisions and growth roadmaps.
- Developing and monitoring KPIs, identifying emerging trends and investigating the root causes of performance changes.
- Communicating complex findings through clear, compelling narratives that influence stakeholders and drive action.
- Working with Analytics Engineering to improve data quality, tracking and self-service analytics capabilities.
