Customer Analytics Manager

Salary: Up to £70,000 | Hybrid - 2 days per week in London

We're looking for a Customer Analytics Manager to join a leading UK fashion retailer and play a key role in developing its customer insight and analytics capabilities.

You'll join a growing team working on a central data and insight platform, helping connect customer data across stores, digital channels and loyalty to drive smarter commercial decisions.

The Role

• Own the customer analytics agenda, delivering insight across customer behaviour, retention, loyalty, profitability and lifetime value.

• Lead customer reporting, deep-dive analysis and customer segmentation.

• Apply advanced analytics techniques, including clustering, regression and predictive modelling.

• Measure campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and commercial performance.

• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.

• Partner with teams across the business to embed data-driven decision-making.

About You

• Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualisation.

• A solid background in customer analytics, customer insight or CRM analytics.

• Experience with segmentation, clustering, predictive modelling and campaign measurement.

• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.

• Python experience is advantageous, particularly for candidates from a Lead Analyst background.

• Previous line management experience is desirable.
