Lead Fleet Performance. Drive Reliability. Develop People.

We're looking for an experienced and inclusive engineering leader to shape the future performance, availability and reliability of GTR's rolling stock fleet.

As Fleet Planning & Performance Manager, you'll lead our Fleet Control function, providing strategic direction for maintenance planning, technical support and continuous improvement. Working closely with engineering, operations, Network Rail, ROSCOs and industry partners, you'll ensure our fleets remain safe, reliable and available for the customers who depend on them every day.

• Significant experience in rolling stock maintenance, fleet engineering or rail operations.
• Proven leadership of large operational or engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• A track record of delivering performance improvements and cultural change.
• Technical understanding of rolling stock maintenance and railway operations.
