The role
As a Sales Associate at Goodhood, delivering exceptional customer service and embodying the ethos of our curated fashion and lifestyle offerings. Your role is pivotal in creating a welcoming environment, fostering client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
What you'll do
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers while maintaining a customer-first mindset
- Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets
- Clienteling: Build and maintain a loyal client base
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product details
- Store Presentation: Ensure the store is visually appealing and well organised
- Operational Support: Assist with stock management, inventory and visual merchandising
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the wider team
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Previous retail experience, preferably within fashion or lifestyle
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Passion: Genuine interest in fashion and contemporary culture
- Flexibility: Ability to work weekends and holidays as required
- Languages: Additional languages are a plus
