As a Barista, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, delivering friendly and attentive service, and helping ensure the café runs smoothly day-to-day.

• Preparing and serving coffee to a consistently high standard
• Dialling in espresso and maintaining coffee quality throughout the day
• Delivering warm, friendly and efficient customer service
• Assisting with food preparation and service where required
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation across the café
• Supporting opening and closing procedures
• Helping manage stock levels and daily replenishment
• Following health and safety and food hygiene standards
• Contributing to a positive team culture and customer experience

Reporting To: Café Manager + Assistant Café Manager

Work Environment: Café setting residing in the store

• Previous barista experience in a café environment
• Genuine passion for coffee and hospitality
• Reliable, organised and proactive
• Calm and positive during busy service periods
• Takes pride in delivering a great customer experience
