Senior Stylist / Colourist in Shrewsbury

Francesco Hair Salon Shrewsbury is seeking a talented and ambitious Senior Stylist / Colourist to join its thriving salon team. The role offers full-time or part-time flexible hours, £12.71 to £15.00 an hour plus uncapped commission and retail incentives. The successful candidate will deliver bespoke, high-quality cutting, styling and advanced colouring treatments including balayage, babylights, colour corrections and vivids. They will conduct client-focused consultations, recommend tailored home-care routines and premium retail products, mentor junior team members and apprentices, and maintain high standards of customer service to drive client retention and rebookings. Applicants should have an NVQ Level 3 in Hairdressing or equivalent professional experience, a proven track record as a Senior Stylist or Colourist in a fast-paced salon environment, strong expertise in contemporary cutting techniques and modern colour theory, excellent communication skills, trend awareness and a passion for continuous self-improvement. Wella experience is a bonus but is not required.
