The role

What you'll do
- Provide professional consultations, cutting, colouring and styling services.
- Maintain high standards of salon hygiene and client care.
- Recommend aftercare routines and retail products.
- Support and mentor junior team members and apprentices.
- Stay up to date with modern hairdressing trends, techniques and products.
How you'll work
- £15.00 to £20.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
- £500 welcome/signing bonus, subject to terms and conditions.
- 16 to 40 hours per week.
- Full-time and part-time permanent positions available.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Hairdressing, or equivalent accredited qualification.
- Proven salon floor experience in cutting, colouring and finishing.
- Professional, ambitious attitude and willingness to develop.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and client service skills.
