The role

As a Senior Product and Delivery Lead at Foster + Partners, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering AI products and services that support design, operations and business functions across the practice. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders and technical specialists, you will guide products from discovery through delivery and adoption, ensuring solutions meet user needs, align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.

Lead the development and delivery of AI products and services that support digital transformation across the practice.
Work with multidisciplinary teams to turn complex challenges into practical, high-impact solutions.
Shape product strategy, prioritisation and investment decisions using evidence-based recommendations.
Drive adoption of emerging AI technologies while promoting responsible and effective use.
Influence how innovative tools are designed, deployed and measured across a global organisation.

Skills & Expertise

Experience in technology product management or delivery leadership, guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver and improve digital products.
A proven track record of bringing AI, machine learning or LLM-based products into production environments.
Strong understanding of AI concepts including retrieval-augmented generation, agents, evaluation approaches, latency considerations and token-based costs.
Experience managing product backlogs, defining user stories and prioritising work to maximise value and outcomes.
Solid knowledge of Agile delivery practices, including Scrum, Kanban and the use of tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
Experience establishing measurable success criteria, tracking performance metrics and communicating outcomes to stakeholders.
Working knowledge of AI governance, data protection principles, cross-functional approvals and stakeholder management in complex environments.
