Interim Group Finance Director in London

We are working with a £400m revenue, PE-backed professional services group looking to appoint an experienced Interim Group Finance Director to lead the finance function through a period of growth and change.

• Lead the group finance function across reporting, FP&A, controls, cash and statutory requirements.
• Partner closely with the CEO, senior leadership and PE sponsor on financial and commercial performance.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and board / investor reporting.
• Drive improvements across management information, forecasting and financial controls.
• Provide greater visibility around revenue, margins, utilisation and profitability across the group.
• Lead and develop the finance team, improving both capability and commercial focus.
• Support strategic initiatives including transformation, M&A, integration and refinancing activity where required.

• Experienced Group FD / Finance Director from a sizeable, complex PE-backed business.
• Ideally has professional services or people-led / multi-site services experience.
• Proven experience leading finance across a business of significant scale.
• Strong technically, but equally comfortable commercially and operationally.
• Able to operate credibly with PE investors, boards and senior leadership while remaining hands-on.
