The role

Talent Acquisition marketing across Western Europe and the Middle East means showing up for candidates in Berlin, Madrid, Riyadh and Stockholm, often in the same week, but rarely in the same way.

We're hiring a curious, ambitious early-career marketer to join our Newcastle-based team in a hybrid setup. Your job: position EPAM as the place data experts, solution architects and AI engineers want to keep building their careers. You'll work across employer branding, digital campaigns, content, AI-powered marketing and ambassador programs, all across countries, languages and cultures. You'll learn what actually travels across markets, and what needs adapting or rebuilding for each one. Does this sound like your kind of challenge?

What you'll do

  • Support the planning and execution of employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns across Western Europe and the Middle East
  • Create, adapt and publish content across social media, email, web and other digital channels
  • Support employee referral marketing initiatives and candidate engagement campaigns
  • Build and nurture talent communities, ambassador programmes and audience engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate marketing support for events, webinars, university partnerships and community activities
  • Monitor campaign performance and support reporting and analysis
  • Stay up to date with employer branding, recruitment marketing and digital marketing trends, identifying new opportunities and best practices
  • Work closely with recruiters, marketers and business stakeholders across multiple countries and cultures
  • Use AI tools to support content creation, campaign execution and marketing productivity

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Native-level fluency in either German, Spanish or French, with the ability to confidently review, proofread, localise and quality-check marketing content
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to review, edit and adapt content for different audiences
  • Interest in employer branding, digital marketing, communications or recruitment marketing
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment, being proactive and working independently
  • Ability to think creatively while maintaining a strong focus on execution
