The role
Citi is looking for a Talent Media & Digital Specialist to join its Global Talent Acquisition function in Belfast on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys social media, content and using data to understand what works. You will support the scheduling and publishing of organic social content across our global talent attraction channels, work with teams across different markets to bring campaigns to life and help tell the story behind our performance through regular reporting and insights. You will use those learnings to recommend ways we can improve our content and channel performance, while building your experience across the wider talent media and digital marketing landscape.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day scheduling and publishing of organic talent attraction content across Citi's social media channels.
- Coordinate global and regional content calendars so posts go live accurately and on time.
- Partner with campaign managers and regional stakeholders to translate hiring priorities into social media activity.
- Review copy, creative, links, tagging, and targeting before publishing to confirm alignment with brand guidelines.
- Analyse reach, engagement, and audience behaviour to assess content and channel effectiveness.
- Build performance reports that turn social and campaign data into a clear story for stakeholders across markets.
- Recommend content, posting, and campaign optimizations based on performance insights, then test and refine them with the team.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Relevant experience in social media, digital marketing, employer branding, talent attraction marketing, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience scheduling and publishing content across social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
- Strong understanding of organic social media and how to adapt content for different platforms and audiences.
- Ability to work with social media and campaign data to identify trends and translate metrics into clear recommendations.
- Ability to build a compelling data story that explains what happened, why it matters, and what to do next.
- Strong attention to detail when reviewing copy, creative, links, scheduled content, and reports.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple pieces of content and competing deadlines.
