• Position: Specialist Endodontist.

• Working pattern: 1 day per week, with flexibility on which day.

• Practice software: R4.

• Clinical facilities: CBCT scanner, fixed microscope and specialist endodontic equipment.

• Patient base: Predominantly private fee-per-item patients.

• Start date: As soon as possible, with flexibility for candidates who need to give notice.

You'll have the opportunity to provide specialist endodontic treatment within a supportive practice environment, working collaboratively with the wider team and accepting appropriate internal referrals.

• A predominantly private patient base - work within a practice where approximately 95% of the patient mix is private fee-per-item.

• A collaborative clinical team - work alongside three principals, two associates, a therapist and an experienced team of eight dental nurses.

• Multidisciplinary dentistry - collaborate with colleagues offering general dentistry, orthodontics and implant dentistry, with opportunities for appropriate internal referrals.

• A patient-centred approach - join a team that understands the importance of providing reassurance, clear communication and a positive experience, particularly for patients who may be nervous about treatment.

• An opportunity to develop specialist services - help strengthen the practice's endodontic offering and support patients who require more complex root canal treatment.

We're looking for a GDC-registered Specialist Endodontist who is passionate about delivering high-quality specialist care and achieving excellent clinical outcomes. You'll have the appropriate specialist qualifications and experience, with confidence in managing complex endodontic cases. A calm, approachable and patient-centred manner is essential, alongside the ability to communicate treatment options clearly and reassure patients who may be anxious. You'll enjoy working collaboratively with the wider dental team and building positive relationships with colleagues and referring clinicians.
