Cosmetic and Restorative Dentist

Are you a Restorative Specialist or Cosmetic Dentist looking for an opportunity to focus on the dentistry you love within a modern practice? Or perhaps you're a General Dentist with a strong background and passion for restorative and cosmetic treatments, looking to develop this further?

At The Parks Dental, we're looking for a talented and motivated clinician to join our friendly and experienced team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about transforming smiles through comprehensive treatment, including full smile makeovers, full mouth rehabilitation and extensive veneer and crown cases, alongside composite bonding and general cosmetic dentistry.

With an established patient base, opportunities to welcome new patients and referrals, and modern digital facilities, you'll have the chance to develop your clinical interests and make a real difference to patients' confidence and smiles.

You'll provide a varied range of private cosmetic, restorative and general dental treatments, helping patients improve both the appearance and function of their smiles. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and delivering bespoke smile enhancement treatments to help patients achieve their desired results.

• Provide composite bonding, tooth-coloured fillings and other minimally invasive cosmetic treatments.

• Carry out treatments such as crowns, bridges, veneers and other restorative procedures to improve the appearance and function of teeth.

• Conduct dental assessments, discussing treatment options and creating tailored treatment plans based on each patient's needs.

• Collaborative clinical working - working closely with the wider dental team, including hygienists and other clinicians, to deliver joined-up care and refer treatments internally where appropriate.

• Working pattern: 2 days per week, flexible with days.

• Start date: Ideally January 2027, although an earlier December 2026 start would be welcomed.

• Patient base: 100% private and plan patients, with no NHS dentistry.

• An established patient base - take on existing patients, alongside opportunities to welcome new patients and referrals.

• Modern digital technology - benefit from TRIOS digital scanners and modern clinical facilities to support your restorative and cosmetic treatments.

• A supportive clinical team - work alongside experienced clinicians, with dedicated nursing and chairside support throughout your appointments.

• An established hygiene team - collaborate with four Hygienists who support patients with their ongoing oral health and preventative care.

• Opportunity to develop your clinical interests - focus on cosmetic and restorative dentistry while retaining the flexibility to provide general dentistry.

We're open to hearing from Restorative or Cosmetic Dentists alongside General Dentists with a strong background in restorative and cosmetic dentistry.

You'll have experience and confidence in treatments such as composite bonding, smile makeovers and aesthetic restorative work, alongside a genuine passion for delivering high-quality dentistry. You'll be patient-focused, approachable and confident in discussing treatment options, helping patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their journey. We're also happy for the successful clinician to incorporate some general dentistry into their working week, so this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied clinical role while having the scope to focus on their areas of particular interest.
