As you progress through your training, you'll develop the skills to:

• Understand customers' needs and provide suitable mortgage and protection advice
• Guide customers from their initial enquiry through to mortgage completion
• Build relationships with estate agency colleagues and make the most of referrals
• Keep customers informed and supported throughout the process
• Deliver compliant advice and excellent service while working towards performance targets
