Branch Manager in Bury St Edmunds

As Branch Manager, you will have full responsibility for the performance and growth of our Bury St Edmunds residential sales team. You will lead from the front by motivating, coaching and developing a high-performing team, driving results and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will take an active role in valuing and listing properties, building strong local relationships and embedding a culture of professionalism, progression and success. This is a hands-on leadership role with clear career pathways and long-term opportunities.

• Proven experience in a leadership or management role within estate agency
• A strong people leader with a passion for coaching and development
• A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Customer-focused, resilient, organised and commercially minded
• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
• Numerate, detail-focused and results-driven
• Full UK driving licence
