Mortgage Advisor

As a Mortgage Advisor you will liase with clients and lenders for a variety of markets and require a good level of knowledge of the mortgage market and process from application through to offer and completion. You should be able to offer a high level of client care and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Role Responsibilities:

• To provide a quality, compliant and efficient mortgage advice service to clients.
• Establishing strong relationships with clients and identifying and contacting potential clients.
• Gathering sufficient client information and identify client needs.
• Analyse information gathered and undertake sufficient research to make suitable recommendations.
• Ensure a seamless process of the mortgage application, completing all supporting documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
• Ensuring that the level of service is delivered in a timely manner.
• Attaining and maintaining competent status as defined by the FCA and the firm and comply with the Compliance and Training & Competence Schemes/Procedures of the firm as well as the requirements of the FCA.
• Maintaining performance standards in accordance with those outlined in the Key Performance Indicators section of the firm's Training & Competence scheme.

• You have a strong track record as a Mortgage Advisor
• CeMAP Qualified
