Cafe Manager in Woking

£29000 per annum/ 40 hours per week 

We’re recruiting an experienced and passionate Café Manager to lead the ASDA café operation in Woking. This is a hands-on role for a strong leader who can deliver excellent customer service and smooth day-to-day operations in a busy retail environment.

As Café Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the café, leading your team to deliver consistent standards while driving performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

• Lead, supervise, and develop your catering and front-of-house team
• Ensure smooth daily operations across the café
• Manage budgets, stock, and labour to meet targets and KPIs
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and compliance
• Build a positive customer experience and represent the brand
• Identify opportunities to improve service and drive sales
• Support, train, and motivate your team to perform at their best
