Are you an experienced Property or Housing Solicitor looking for a role where your expertise can have a genuine impact?

At Community Integrated Care, we're looking for a talented Property and Housing Solicitor to join our Legal team and provide specialist advice across our property and housing portfolio.

This is a varied in-house role where no two days will be quite the same. You'll handle property acquisitions and disposals, negotiate leases and tenancy arrangements, advise on housing law and property risk, manage contested matters and support significant organisational projects.

Most importantly, you'll be using your expertise in an organisation dedicated to making a positive difference to people's lives.

This is a full time permanent role with attendance at our head office required at least once a week so our ideal candidate will be based within an hours commute of our head office in Widnes.
