The role
Are you an experienced health or clinical leader who wants to shape practice, improve outcomes and influence care across a national charity?
Community Integrated Care is looking for a Head of Health Practice to provide strategic and operational leadership across our health and clinical functions in England and Scotland. Reporting to the Director of Quality and Impact, you will lead multidisciplinary teams and help us deliver safe, personalised and evidence-based support that improves quality of life, reduces health inequalities and enables people to live fulfilled lives.
