Media & Sponsorship Co-ordinator

Are you passionate about film and looking for an opportunity to build a career within media, marketing and partnerships?

We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Media & Sponsorship Co-ordinator to join our Sales & Partnerships team. Working closely with film studios, sponsors, cinemas and internal teams, you'll help coordinate campaigns, manage assets and support the delivery of promotional activity across some of the biggest film releases of the year. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced commercial environment at the heart of the film industry.

Contract Type: Full Time and Permanent

Location: Ealing, W5 5JN. This role will be office based 4 days per week, there may be some occasional flexibility required for potential travel.

What will you be doing?

• Supporting the Media team with the coordination and delivery of media, sponsorship and promotional campaigns.

• Managing artwork, marketing assets and campaign materials to ensure everything is delivered accurately and on time.

• Building relationships with film studios, cinema teams, sponsors and internal stakeholders to support successful campaign delivery and deliver excellent service to clients.

• Assisting with campaign reporting, audits and performance analysis, providing valuable insight to partners and stakeholders.

• Supporting promotional activity, competitions, special projects and administrative processes, including purchase orders and invoicing.

• Overseeing the successful implementation of sponsorship agreements and third-party partnerships, ensuring all contractual commitments are delivered effectively.

• Film isn't just something you enjoy watching occasionally. You actively follow upcoming releases, industry news and trends, and have a genuine interest in the business of film distribution and exhibition.

• You'll be highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

• You take ownership of your work, are proactive in solving problems and are always willing to go the extra mile to support the team.

• Strong administrative and analytical skills, with confidence using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Customer-focused and relationship-driven, with the ability to build credibility and maintain professional partnerships.
