The Cinema is a complexity 2 site with 14 screens, including a Laser IMAX, which opened on 14th October 2022, and is situated within the Silverburn Shopping Centre. It operates a Concessions IMAX Concessions, Baskin Robbins and Coffeehouse. The full management team consists of a General Manager, Deputy General Manager, 2 Cinema Managers, Coffee Store Manager, 5 Team Leaders and 1 Coffee Shift Supervisor.

We are currently looking for part-time Baristas, you must also be available evenings and weekends.

The Role of the Barista is to contribute to the Coffeehouse's success by providing legendary customer service to all customers by providing them with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. The Barista is responsible for acting in accordance with, and as an ambassador for Store's guiding principles, culture and values; embracing the coffee culture and keeping it at the heart of everything we do.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

* Embracing the coffee culture and keeping it at the heart of everything we do

* Discovering and responding to customers' needs, providing product sampling and demonstrations to deliver the Coffee Experience to customers.

* Following operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, security and health and safety to ensure the safety of self, customers and partners at all times.
