The role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Banking & Finance Solicitor to join our highly regarded team, acting on a broad range of complex and high-value transactions for a prestigious client base, including major UK banks such as Lloyds, NatWest, HSBC, Santander and Clydesdale Bank.

Working alongside colleagues across our Corporate and Real Estate teams, you will advise clients on a variety of banking and finance matters, including acquisition finance, property finance, asset-based lending, restructuring and refinancing.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading team, work with high-profile clients and play a key role in developing a thriving Banking & Finance practice.

What you'll do

Advising clients on banking and finance transactions and arrangements.

Drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documents and intercreditor agreements.

Leading and supporting transactions from instruction through to completion.

Managing client relationships and attending client meetings.

Supervising junior team members and coordinating transaction workstreams.

Supporting business development activities and helping to grow the team's profile and client base.
