Claims Communications and Proposition Consultant

Salary from £35,000 (depending on skills and experience)

Location: Norwich

This is a great role for someone who enjoys turning complex information into clear, engaging and impactful communications that help colleagues, brokers and clients understand the value of what we do. You'll be a strong communicator, confident working with a wide range of stakeholders and experienced in creating content, presentations or proposition material for different audiences. This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys balancing multiple priorities and has a curiosity about the commercial insurance market. If you're passionate about bringing ideas to life through great communication and helping shape positive customer and broker experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

A bit about the job

Join our Commercial Claims team and help bring Aviva's claims capabilities, customer outcomes and strategic priorities to life through compelling communications and proposition content. You'll work closely with Claims Relationship colleagues, subject matter experts and stakeholders across the business to develop materials that support broker, client and colleague engagement. From presentations and case studies to insight reports, events and proposition content, you'll help ensure our messaging is clear, consistent and aligned to business priorities. You'll also gather and interpret feedback and market insight, helping shape conversations, identify opportunities and support the continuous evolution of our claims propositions. This is an exciting opportunity to combine creativity, stakeholder management and commercial awareness while making a meaningful contribution to how Commercial Claims is represented across the market.

Skills and experience we're looking for

  • Experience in communications, content development, propositions, marketing, stakeholder engagement or a degree in the marketing field is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging and audience-focused content.
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines.
  • Confident stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across different teams and levels of seniority.
  • Experience developing presentations, briefing materials or engagement content, with knowledge of Commercial Claims or insurance markets being advantageous.
