The role

As a Sales Enquiry Centre Consultant, you'll be part of a fun, supportive and high-performing team, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer journey from first enquiry through to dealership appointment.

Your responsibilities will include:

How you'll work

Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm, Saturdays on a rota 9am - 1pm
Bank holidays on a rota, 10am - 4pm

About You

You'll be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and enjoy speaking with people from all walks of life. You'll thrive in a busy environment, enjoy working towards targets and be motivated by achieving results as part of a team.

You will also have:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confidence speaking with customers over the phone, email, live chat and video
The ability to quickly build rapport and understand customer needs
A positive, enthusiastic and proactive attitude
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence discussing offers, figures and pricing information professionally
The ability to work towards individual and team targets
A willingness to learn about Ancaster brands, products and services

Previous experience within the motor trade, customer service, contact centre or any customer-facing sales environment would be beneficial, although full training will be provided for the right candidate.

The Role

Responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
Communicating with customers via phone, email, live chat and video
Making outbound calls to arrange appointments and test drives
Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their requirements
Providing accurate information on vehicles, offers and additional products
Working with finance and customer management systems to process information
Supporting dealerships by coordinating appointments and customer activity
Developing a strong understanding of the Ancaster sales process and company standards
Keeping up to date with new vehicle technology, products and market trends
Working collaboratively with dealership teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
