Sales Advisor

• Full UK Driving Licence essential

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Ancaster Nissan Heathrow as a Sales Advisor. You will be joining a busy and successful dealership, representing one of the UK's fastest-growing car brands within a professional and supportive team environment.

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience. The successful candidate will ideally have previous motor trade sales experience and enjoy working within a target-driven environment.

• Assisting customers through the purchase of new and used vehicles using a structured sales process
• Guiding customers through model selection, vehicle features, and finance options
• Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Managing customer enquiries both in person and digitally
• Maintaining accurate customer records and diary management
• Creating engaging vehicle videos and using digital showroom systems
• Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Maintaining a professional and presentable appearance at all times

• Previous motor trade sales experience preferred
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude
• Motivated to achieve and exceed targets
• Well organised with good time management skills
• Professional, enthusiastic, and driven
