The New Homes Group are looking for motivated Customer Service & Sales Advisors to join our growing team in Wakefield. OTE £30k plus bonuses (Year 1 guaranteed commission)

We are looking for individuals who have the skills, attributes, and drive to improve our customers experience throughout the mortgage application journey. You'll need to be adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Making and receiving calls to customers referred to us by our national house-builder clients.
• Accurately recording customer information as part of the mortgage application process.
• Completing fact-finds and researching lender affordability and lending criteria.
• Promoting our services and booking appointments with our specialist Mortgage Advisors.

This role operates on a rotating rota, including:

• Early shifts: 9:00am - 6:00pm
• Late shifts: 11:00am - 8:00pm
• Every other weekend: 10:00am - 7:00pm
