The role
Kick-start your career in the automotive industry with Ancaster. We're looking for an Apprentice Service Advisor to join our Hyundai Croydon team.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience while learning from an experienced team.This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident, approachable, and eager to learn. As an Apprentice Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to book vehicles in for service or repair, understanding their needs, and ensuring they receive a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.
We're looking for someone with a bright, bubbly personality who enjoys face-to-face customer interaction. You'll need to be a quick thinker, able to listen carefully, respond confidently, and help resolve queries in a timely and professional manner - full training and support will be provided as part of your apprenticeship.
