Business Manager

• A proven Sales track record in the Automotive industry, ideally with previous experience in a Business Manager role, is highly desirable but not essential if you can demonstrate some Senior Sales experience
• You must be a driven and motivated yet disciplined individual, who is able to communicate well and create a rapport with the customer. Your passion, energy and commitment must be second to none and should be able to be demonstrated at interview.
• You must have the ability to deliver consistently against performance targets & be able to demonstrate your ability to galvanise a team to achieve targets.
• You will also possess a full driving licence and be FCA approved.
• You will be professional, presentable, ambitious and proactive
• You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• You will be committed to providing the best customer service to every customer
• Experience within a targeted sales environment is a must for this role
• Full UK Driving License is essential

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team at Ancaster Nissan in Heathrow. You will be working with a fantastic team at a great performing dealership.

The purpose of this role is to lead and manage a controlled sales process, through regular coaching, robust management and constant customer interaction with first and second facing activity at its heart. To support Sales Executives to sell a combination of new and/or used vehicles, with a range of add-on products, finance and insurance whilst ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.
