The role

At Abri, we're committed to creating safe, warm homes and thriving communities. Behind every successful safety check, compliance visit, and repair is a dedicated team ensuring the right work gets to the right person at the right time.

We're looking for a Safer Homes Scheduling Operations Supervisor to lead our planning team and help deliver an outstanding service for our customers. If you're a natural organiser, enjoy leading people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

This is a full-time, office-based role, working Monday to Friday. You'll be based in the office five days a week, with a minimum of 2 days in Emily House, London (W10 5BN), to support collaboration and connect with colleagues across the business.

What you'll do

You'll lead a team of Safer Homes Scheduling Operations Planners, ensuring our engineers' diaries are planned efficiently and effectively to maximise productivity, reduce travel time and promote first-time fixes.

Working closely with colleagues across the business, you'll play a key role in coordinating a range of compliance services, including gas servicing, smoke alarm servicing, fire alarms, renewables and installation and testing programmes. You'll ensure work is scheduled smoothly, performance is monitored, and customers remain at the heart of everything we do.

As a supervisor, you'll provide leadership, support and guidance to your team, helping them deliver a seamless service while identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer outcomes. You'll also act as an escalation point for customer concerns and support the Scheduling and Administration Manager by deputising when required.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who can bring together people, planning and performance to deliver excellent results.

You'll have experience leading or supervising a team, alongside strong planning, scheduling or operational coordination skills. You'll be highly organised, able to manage competing priorities and confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.

Why join Abri?

At Abri, you'll be part of a team that's making a real difference every day. We invest in our people, support career development and provide opportunities to grow within a values-led organisation.

Most importantly, you'll help ensure our customers receive a safe, reliable and exceptional service, giving them peace of mind in their homes.

Interested?

If you're an experienced planner, scheduler or team leader with a passion for customer service and operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you.

Join us and help keep our customers safe at home, while leading a team that's committed to delivering great service every day.

About the company & team

Abri is a large housing provider who own and manage more than 58,000 homes and various community assets, serving around 113,000 customers across the South of England.

We believe everyone has the right to a good quality safe, warm and sustainable home in a community where they can belong, grow and thrive. What does that look like in real terms?

We’re investing £689m over the next ten years in our existing homes to improve building safety and make them more energy efficient.

  • We’re delivering 10,000 homes by 2030, ensuring affordable housing is built where it’s needed most
  • We’re investing in our communities, to address local issues and create opportunities for everyone

As we grow, we’re re-establishing our strong local presence to provide a really good service. Abri has adopted a regional approach to service delivery, with our operating areas split into three, each with their local governance and leadership. This will ensure our colleagues are more visible, accountable and better connected to our customers and local communities to meet their diverse needs.
